There is no Ghost

This piece is meant to remind us that as adults, we have the strength to overcome the difficulties resulting from childhood trauma. Ghost here represents the bad thoughts such as "I am not enough" or "why doesn't that person like me". We deserve to have a authentic happy life. Our simple existence is enough.
