When I feel anxious, I turn to two things: reading and working out. My love for books rooted from my childhood. It was a mean for me to escape from a troubled father and to explore the world. Opening a book is opening another person's piece of mind. Reading gives me a peace of mind and the strength to keep moving forward. I hope you too find solace in reading.
